The second delivery was missing a part of the medication (blood thinner) required to be delivered. I had to call to get next day delivery. Until the 3rd delivery, a secondary address was provided to be delivered to. First two deliveries were delivered to the correct location. I asked for the 3rd delivery to be done at the primary address. I spoke to a representative on 9/30 to confirm this was understood. The delivery still was sent to the secondary address. This place is the worst! Cheapest medical supplies, untrained nurses, confused consumer service representatives, and just all around a horrible company to deal with. We were referred to this company after my childs liver transplant when we checked out of the hospital. Since day one all the things mentioned above started and never improved.
