I definitely would not recommend Option Care for enteral feeding supplies. We have used them for my daughter’s feeding supplies for over 3 years. For the last year, there service and billing have been horrible. Every time my daughter’s doctor sends in a new prescription, they cannot find the fax. The last time, the doctor’s office sent the fax 4 times! It took me over 20 phone calls while being put on hold for 30 minutes many times to resolve the issue.
