Absolutely the best! Staff are knowledgeable , helpful and kind. This is the only place to use for in home infusion care. Thank you all!
I am unable to give a review on the nursing staff because I was not even able to get past the pre-authorization stage. The order from my doctor was sent over on Friday, 8/28/26. I received a call from Option Care on 8/31 that they were on it and would let me know once they received an authorization. After not hearing from them, I called on 9/4/26 to find out status.
