The nurses and scheduling staff are the best! However, their billing department is a nightmare to work with. They hadn’t sent me a bill for 5 infusion services so I got a huge bill after 9 months. I, again, have not received a bill for 4 infusion services and I contact them every month for an update. They say they have sent claims to my insurance and my insurance says they haven’t received a single claim from them. The optional care they came to the hospital and showed me how to do my infusion therapy did a really good job on teaching me how to do everything so when I got home I did the infusion therapy and no problems doing it you did it just like she said she was great friendly and had a real good attitude I like her so my experience was good great what more could ask for I knew how to do the infusion setup because she taught me well
They took care of the insurance and made the whole experience seamless and easy.
