Option care health pharmacy has been great about getting my refrigerated medicine delivered to 8the same day it was dispensed and packed for hot weather. Usually within 3 to 4 hours. The only time is this past Holiday week they shipped it UPS that was not delivered in a timely matter and the ice packs all melted. While the medicine was still cool I didn't call them for a rushed replacement which the had already told me they would do if it were too warm. Online it says that they are open 24 hours my son needed his medication and because they provided incorrect information online, he had to wait to get his medication!!!! You all need to update your information ASAP.

This place has continuously made appointments without having my sister’s infusion prepared, which causes them to have to reschedule. This has happened almost every single time now. She has a job. If you made an appointment with her on a certain day then it’s your responsibility to ensure you have what she needs, the DAY you told her to come in. Not the day after. Not the week after. It is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional, I’m appalled. She needs her infusion every 30 days and she has a life that she can’t ... read more
