Seeing all these bad reviews has me thrown for a loop. When I was in the hospital downtown they came bedside showed me how to do my TPN and were so patient with me in learning. The nurses, pharmacy, dietitians, billing and drivers that deliver to the house have all so kind and gone above and beyond to help. I don’t think this transition from hospital to home would have gone that smoothly without them. 1star again! That’s only given to poor staff that works for this fraudulent operation. Infusion supply will expire; boxes in ice for supplies?! Waste! Note: my husband’s feeding will expire before next. He was SICK last week from it. DISCHARGE PLANNERS, CAREGIVERS, take note. No one has reached out personally as noted below. Read reviews. Option Care Infusion Suppliers is horrible! They don’t deserve the 1 star! The Star only goes to the clinic staff in Shenandoah. Supplies arrive late at night or after midnight. On call 24/7? Someone will answer but, with an issue….no manager will accept your call. My husbands TPN curling pump chgd to 14 hrs rather than 20 and they can’t even call?! 6 hours of a chance at a bit of freedom ~ quality of life?!!!!! No show, no call?!!!
