Great facility and great nurses! Cost effective and helpful.
This company made my transition from hospital to home absolutely seamless. I had to do a week of home IV meds which the representative from Option Care Health taught me while I was still in the hospital. She was a great teacher and representative. This company had my meds at my door before I was home from the hospital. It was quite a drive for them as I live in Golden, IL and they are in Missouri. I would highly recommend this company for any IV at home needs.
This is 3rd time my father has needed IV medication. Option care has been EXCELLENT ALL 3 TIMES! They are very organized and punctual this true from meeting the nurse for training to the courier who delivers the special medicine to our door!
Very thorough communication ,my medical supplies and medications were delivered very quickly. Was very well trained by the nurses and felt confident in my abilities to perform what was needed confidently. Thank you!
