They are nice promt with my delivery and if I call after hour they call me right back and every one is really nice
Option Care Health is everything they say they are!
ALERT ALERT!!!! WP on 10 Needs DEI Training ASAP If you live anywhere North County Option Care does not want to service you. However, if you have good insurance Option Care will take your case, but not accommodate you. My experience was somewhat traumatizing. I had a PICC line in, and self-infusing without any problems. I would have to drive to the Fenton location after (1 hour) to get service. Why, because Option Care does not have any locations in the city, North County, U-City, Creve Coeur………. So far they have been far superior to the infusion company we were given to a few months ago. Erin the nurse was compassionate and did an excellent job. Libby the pharmacist made sure things were well done and did great education. These two in addition to the delivery man and delivery coordinator made sure everything was taken care of and coordinated. As an RN of over 35 years I appreciate their care and kindness and highly recommend them.
