Option Care pharmacy is holding me hostage in the hospital. I do not need to be here anymore but because I didn’t get my TPN delivered on Friday, I can’t leave here apparently.

ZERO stars. If you rely on them for life saving treatments they will kill you with their incompetence. They cannot get medication out on time even locally. God forbid it’s a holiday. They also cannot re-authorize insurance annually in a timely manner. Your insurance will approve the request and then their billing team will sit on it. They are the WORST.
Sent the initial order to the wrong address- 4 hrs from where we were, even though the address was verified prior to shipping - it was a HUGE PAIN - to get arrangements for the wrong shipment to be picked up This was for tube feeds Around 5/30 called regarding returning pump - was told couldn’t be returned until tube was actually removed 6/10 - called to return pump - talked to Katie, she said a box would be sent to return product.
