I had three infusions at option care for skyrizi. I was on the copay assistance program. Option care did not bill my copay assistance card and when I called them several times each time they said they will escalate the issue. After a few months they sent my account into collections and now the copy assistance card will not pay for a balance in collections. Option Care pharmacy is holding me hostage in the hospital. I do not need to be here anymore but because I didn’t get my TPN delivered on Friday, I can’t leave here apparently.
