This location is so hard to reach. I never get a call back or an answer. The phone just rings and rings, after a while the call just hangs up. I have dealt with many pharmacies but this one is the worse by far
On the first delivery of the nutrition the man carried the heavy boxes of nutrition and supplies into my kitchen which I appreciated a lot. He also showed me how to stack the bags in my fridge so they wouldn't fall over. And answered questions I had.
I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband has been on a gtube and we have requesting feed for over 2 weeks and we still have not received it. And we have left 5 messages with no one to call and take care of this.
The billing is a hot mess. You get the bill but you have no idea what are you paying for. If you ask they transfer you to another Asian country and you get no info just they want to you to pay. I already wait 4 weeks for my itemized bill. Ones you are rude they give you the phone number to American customer service and actually people are helpful. So CEO ruins company’s PR by not letting you having the info you are entitled. But people are helpful and want to solve the problem. FIX THE BILLING CEO!
