My sister has not been able to receive her medication for two weeks leaving her unable to walk because they casually keep forgetting to send the appropriate materials for her infusions. Bunch of quacks.
First time use. Rep very professional. Service delivery very disappointing. Told medication to be delivered in evening. No call and place on hold for a time. Then informed delivery between 9pm to 11:30pm. Told when asked if delivery will run late and could complain to branch office. Poor delivery service.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY CALL. I'M TRYING TO GET MY FATHERS FEEDING TUBE FOOD BEFORE THERE'S NO MORE AND NO ONE ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK OR CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!!!!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING. They have the worst waiting music too! IM SO UPSET AND ARE SO DISAPPOINTED THESE PEOPLE JUST DON'T CARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LINES SITTING ON THE PHONE. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO DO THEIR JOB.
