You cannot get a call back from san antonio infusion pharmacy to save your life even when you ask for a manager. It is impacting patient care. I am definately asking hospitals to choose another company and when mds call to ask how to start the process i am suggesting someone else.
I am giving option care pharmacy a five star rating because I have found them to be very professional easy to receive information from. I have spoken to several people pharmacist, nurse specialist, And Billing personnel. My questions were answered immediately, and I had peace of mind, knowing that such a professional IV Infusion company is on my side going Above and beyond In my opinion, getting my medication ready delivered and with everything I could possibly need To allow myself to do this at home this is my second go aro... read more
