I can’t say enough wonderful things about RN Mandy at Option Care! She has such an amazing energy and brings so much joy and positivity to every infusion. This is a horrible company to do business with. They promised an assistance program to entice me to try a treatment that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford. With the exception of the nurse administering the treatment, the rest of the staff was incompetent and RUDE and were not able to resolve the billing issue with the insurance company that left me with the bill.
