WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY CALL. I'M TRYING TO GET MY FATHERS FEEDING TUBE FOOD BEFORE THERE'S NO MORE AND NO ONE ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK OR CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!!!!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING. They have the worst waiting music too! IM SO UPSET AND ARE SO DISAPPOINTED THESE PEOPLE JUST DON'T CARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LINES SITTING ON THE PHONE. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO DO THEIR JOB.
Worst experience every time!! No one answers the phone calls!! The complaint number? Forget it!! Supervisors always ask you to leave voicemail!! We ran out of formula and nobody look into the issue!! You will be directed to 10 different departments and numbers and no one will help you but just play with you and test your patience!! If you are looking to start their service please dont!!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. No answers to phone calls, no answers to messages. Never call back when they say they will. Always blame someone else for the lack of response. They don’t even pick up the phone to their main incoming line and take their time calling home health and doctors back. No way to get a hold of anybody. I tried for 2 weeks and spoke with 2 people who never called back or did anything to get my care going.
