Worst experience every time!! No one answers the phone calls!! The complaint number? Forget it!! Supervisors always ask you to leave voicemail!! We ran out of formula and nobody look into the issue!! You will be directed to 10 different departments and numbers and no one will help you but just play with you and test your patience!! If you are looking to start their service please dont!!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. No answers to phone calls, no answers to messages. Never call back when they say they will. Always blame someone else for the lack of response. They don’t even pick up the phone to their main incoming line and take their time calling home health and doctors back. No way to get a hold of anybody. I tried for 2 weeks and spoke with 2 people who never called back or did anything to get my care going. First time having this type of service needs. Had no other choice as was need upon of hospital discharge. Rep Jennett was very professional and explained all that was going to happen and also informed if any questions they were only a phone call away.. Have called twice and phone is answered on 1st ring. Very professional company and rep is excellent. Why can other companies be as this one. Thank you.
Very comfortable with delivery person and delivery.
Doesn't answer the phone, no voicemail. Sends out incomplete orders and no way to contact them to get the rest of the order.
