This is a horrible company to do business with. They promised an assistance program to entice me to try a treatment that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford. With the exception of the nurse administering the treatment, the rest of the staff was incompetent and RUDE and were not able to resolve the billing issue with the insurance company that left me with the bill.

My sister has not been able to receive her medication for two weeks leaving her unable to walk because they casually keep forgetting to send the appropriate materials for her infusions. Bunch of quacks.
First time use. Rep very professional. Service delivery very disappointing. Told medication to be delivered in evening. No call and place on hold for a time. Then informed delivery between 9pm to 11:30pm. Told when asked if delivery will run late and could complain to branch office. Poor delivery service.
