Two stars because the nurses and pharmacy were great. When they called me for my infusion treatment, they told me insurance would pay for everything. Then they serve me up a gigantic bill once I'm done. Do not believe them if they say this will be paid for, or will come at no cost to you. I would have 100% gone with Medix if I had known. They go over all costs up front, are honest, and manage all infusion therapy there. Also, there's no one you can speak to about it. If you have a choice, go with Medix.
Mary, the nurse who handled my first home visit was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging in the process.
NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!
Work/life balance not good
Option care pharmacy is not a patient oriented company. Service is not reliable. I received an infusion medication. I have to call a week before my infusion to remind them of my appointment. I will receive a call the day before my treatment is on hold. Please research this company thoroughly before using. Nurses are AWESOME. Pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired.
