When my son was getting tpn infusions the deliveries came on time every month (only reason I’m giving 2 stars) Now that he is on tube feeds we don’t get deliveries every month at the same time and this is now the 2nd time (2 months in a row) we do not have any of his food for his tube feeds! So we have to figure something else out for feeds. If you’re looking for reliability and dependability this isn’t the company for you. I will be looking for a local company. And also the after hours answering service is very rude.
Phenomenal. Handled my IV ABX and all the supplies for my PICC line very well. Blair at the Hulen/Clearfork location was amazing when doing my 2x weekly lab draws and dressing changes. They deliver all the supplies in a timely manner each week. Hopefully I'll never need their services again but if I do, I'll choose option care.
Option care is the best!

They go over all costs up front, are honest, and manage all infusion therapy there. Also, there's no one you can speak to about it. If you have a choice, go with Medix. Update: They called me, talked to me, said they'd investigate it, and then ... read more
Two stars because the nurses and pharmacy were great. When they called me for my infusion treatment, they told me insurance would pay for everything.
