Nurses are great here, especially my virtual nurse Michelle who was so patient and helpful helping me learn and walking me through every step to help setup my son’s medical equipment. Thank you very much for your patience and support I truly appreciate you.
I needed IV antibiotics, and I initially thought the only way to get this was as an inpatient in a hospital. Being away from home isn’t my favorite thing. My Uncle was discharged with nutritional support. He was taught by a very special nurse named Paula. She took the time to explain everything to him and my aunt. She was very knowledgeable and yet she felt like part of our family. When he needed his formula, she went out of her way to make sure he received it. Other companies look at the money and practice that way, but this felt caring and personable. A reputable company with a highly qualified nurse educator.
