Option care is reliable, professional and great to work with. They supply my immune therapy supplies for home infusion, the staff and drivers are always courteous and prompt.
The scheduling people need to inform patients how long the procedure takes, I was not informed and it could have caused a big problem since I use supplemental oxygen. Luckily I had Xtra batteries for my machine. Some may not so please make that change.otherwise it was great 👍.
My nurse, Beth, was amazing and the infusion itself was quick and I even fell asleep during it. I've been getting infusions for 8+ years and this place was so helpful, even after I messed up and didn't bring the whole package with me. So thankful!
