My son Mason started at Optimus Barbell about a year ago. He has worked with most of the trainers there, but works mostly with Aaron. I can't express how great this company and its trainers are. The transformation I have seen in my son since he started working with Aaron has been huge. The biggest thing for me is how much they care about their athletes. The facility and equipment here is nice. All of the trainers are very good at what they do. They will make sure you meet and exceed any goals you have set for yourself. I’ve been training with Aaron since high school, and I’ve met all my high school goals, exceeding in my college goals, and next we will be working on my NFL goals. This is the place to be if you want a good trainer.

The coaches and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The equipment is top of the line and atmosphere is very welcoming. Whether trying to condition and train for a specific sport or just staying healthy there is space for you here.
