My father and I were so fortunate to have Optimum Care provide care for him during the last couple of years of his life. His regular caregivers became like family to us and I will forever be grateful for the love and care that they showered upon my dad. All of the caregivers were top notch, professional and caring individuals, as was Ama Sampong, the director of nursing.
We’ve been using Optimumcare for over a year. My mother’s caregivers have been wonderful and the office staff have always been very attentive whenever I call them. We had a bad experience with a previous agency. I’m so glad we found Optimumcare, simply a great company to put your trust in for a loved one that needs care.
All of our care at Optimumcare has been top notch. The staff has taken extra measures to ensure my mother is receiving care that is tailored to her exact needs. We’ve used their services ranging from home health aides to PT/OT and I’ve been very impressed with the attention to detail and overall caring attitude of every person. We’ve worked with other agencies in the past but none have offered the personal touch that Optimum does. Definitely would recommend!
