Optimum did a great job on our roof. It has been several years since the work was done and the shingles look great. It was a re-roof requiring plenty of new sheeting to be installed. The workmanship was excellent.

We had the shingles replaced on our house last summer. Had 3 quotes from reputable companies in the city. Optimum price matched the work with a small increase for upgraded shingles. Their warranty is excellent. The shingles were installed quickly within about 6 weeks. I had a small issue with some gutter debris afterwards which was quickly addressed. Have recommended Optimum to several people since.

Get a second opinion besides these guys, had a fellow come out and look at a roof and said $37000 to replace the sheeting and shingles on our roof. Had another contractor come and look at it and said he could do it for $12000 on the high side,and another contractor say $9000. Very big difference between those prices.

Polite, knowledgeable, repaired within an hour. Checked the rest of our roof for other issues, scrubbed part of the roof clean. Reasonable rates.

I set up an online estimate... prepared the area took time off work and optimum did not show up or message me that they were not coming. Waited 2 hours before calling the office. They said they were going to email me that they couldn't help but didnt. no email no apology. Would have been ideal to know this before 2 hours after the scheduled appointment.
