We recently had Optimum Roofing replace our shingles. We have to say that we appreciated their professionalism. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly, very thorough and answered our questions and concerns very clearly. When the work crew arrived, they conducted themselves in such away that you could sense they took pride in their work, as they were very well organized which explains their quick completion of the work. My experience with Optimum Roofing, going with Euroshield Beaumont Shake, was absolutely seamless. I had excellent communication with Derek throughout the process while Jason and his crew went above (literally) and beyond with precision handiwork. The final product looks great, the site was clean and there were no issues. Honestly, I couldn't have had a better experience with a roof replacement. There was also regular communication between Optimum and Prairie Sun Solar to coordinate removal and reinstall of my solar panels.

I reached out to them repeatedly to get a quote on my shingles. They never responded. I got fed up and contacted a company in Moose Jaw and when installation day arrived I looked out and Optimum Roofing was there instead. They said they had gotten the referral. I was annoyed at not being advised by the Moose Jaw company that they were farming out the work, but since Optimum was who I had tried to get originally, I didn't care.
