Had Optimum come replace shingles tied to an insurance claim. Team was very professional and completed the job quickly. There was an issue with some of the products and they helped resolve that to keep things moving. Was a bit disappointed with the clean up. House with kids and we found more nails around the house then were comfortable with. Overall happy Optimum and would hire again.
Team was great and attentive. They were extremely polite while onsite and always happy to engage and answer any questions I had. After the job was completed and the crew left I had a couple of questions. I reached out and not only received an immediate response but Jason showed up to do an inspection. He quickly remedied any and all issues without hesitation. This was a big job and they delivered
My experience with Optimum was excellent from start to finish. Getting a quote was easy, and the communication was great. The different prices and products were clearly explained. There were no pressure tactics and no deposit was necessary. When the crew arrived to do the work, they wasted no time! They showed up at 7 am, got straight to work, and were done, cleaned up and gone by 2:30 that afternoon. They left my yard completely clean of any debris. Very well done, professional job. Would have got a five star review if a little more time was spent on clean up. Found numerous nails all around house. Also looked like someone spilled half a box of staples beside my driveway and didn’t clean it up. Besides that the crew was quick, courteous and professionally presented themselves. They did a great job on the shingles. They started when they said they would start and did not waste any time. I would absolutely without doubt recommend them for anyone needing a shingle job done.
⸻ We are very disappointed with the overall experience we had with this company. From the start, communication and scheduling were unreliable. We were given notice on June 18 for installation on June 19, with shingles expected to be delivered 1–4 days prior. However, within about 20 minutes of that notice, a delivery driver arrived at our home without realistic time for us to prepare. On another occasion, delivery was attempted a day earlier than scheduled without proper notice. This caused further confusion and frustration.... read more
