I just got my roof done by Optimum Roofing and Solar on 7/28/25, and I have nothing but praise for the company and the quality of their work. My previous roof was 49 years old with double shingles, and severe water damage above our garage due to the old roofers not putting up any flashing. My insurance company wouldn't give me adequate coverage because of how bad of shape it was in. Did an awesome job Proving hail damage with photos, insurance did not question it. The roof was put on within three days.
If I could leave negative stars I would for this company. This company didn’t even have the money to supply the materials for my roof not to mention I received a lien notification for a subcontractor that worked on this project. It seems like they could be going out of business and warranties will no longer be active Stay far away from this company. They don’t even answer their phones anymore.
The crew did an amazing job on our home and garage. Not only were they able to get the work done in one day on both structures, but they even re-shingled a little hatch to match, repainted areas in need, and cleaned up so well after themselves that you would never know that such extensive work had taken place. We WILL be using them when our next need arises.
