Best restroom company to work with. Very friendly and professional. 10/10 experience and they even helped us with the decor for our wedding after they set up!
Working with Optimum for our event was an absolute pleasure. The unit was delivered on time, in excellent condition, and so clean, it looked brand new. Many of the guests commented on the cleanliness of the unit and how attractive it was. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended to others should they have a need for this service.
Who knew a portable bathroom could be the talk of the party?! These rentals were super clean, air-conditioned, and smelled like the Marriott Hotel. Lol! It came stocked with everything we needed, well-lit, and super comfortable to use—guests kept saying, “Wow, this is NICE!” Delivery and pickup were right on time. We had Jacob come out for our wedding in May. He was SO SO easy to work with. Easy to take the payments and really flexible. The drop off procedure was also super easy as a bride it was really nice for it to be so simple. He showed me the super quick things like where toilet paper was etc. Also, extremely nice! Bathrooms were clean and perfect for our 150 person wedding (5 person bathroom) Jacob came and picked it up the next day and didn't need me to really do anything for pick up which was even better! Jacob was great to work with, very responsive, great communication. Well worth the reasonable cost! We had the 2 station restroom for our event and it was perfect. Very clean and fully stocked. Everyone really liked it and the AC was wonderful for the hot day. Highly recommend Jacob and Optimum!
