Provide detailed receipts! Rather than lying to customers by stating that one will be mailed to them..... I paid this place close to $500 and needed a detailed receipt for tax purposes and was told that the billing department (which BTW I was told that they couldn't be reached as they have no phones? That was a red flag from the start) would mail me a detailed receipt. It's been 2 months and I've received nothing. The doctors here are amazing. I went in with a breast lump and tears in my eyes and left laughing and had new friends. I highly recommend them and have referred 5 people in the last 4 days. I can't rave about them enough. The waiting room was empty. They took me right in. They were kind, caring and professional. They talked to me like they knew me forever and I will always be grateful.

I had a terrible experience with two other radiology centers, and when I got to Optimum I was so relieved! They were kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable during a very stressful time. I would recommend them to everyone - ladies, you're the best!!!
Wonderful techs Kristen and Barbara took very good care of me and were very gentle! Clean office...I would recommend it!!
I can't believe how great this place is. Very clean, staff very professional ! Treated You very special. Fast results, appointments taken on time, Doctor was very nice whole thing was great, even got a rose. Will definitely be returning!
