I just had a deeply disappointing experience with someone who identified themselves as the owner of this business during a recent phone call. At 10:45 AM today, I received an appointment reminder asking me to confirm. Unfortunately, all three of my children are home sick with 39°C fevers, and I’ve also come down with the same illness.
