I would give 0 stars if I could. Alice is the most unprofessional person we have ever worked with. She has taken advantage of us and illegally withheld money from our security deposit. Our house also had mold which was improperly treated on multiple occasions and kept coming back. She is the most passive aggressive person and will not respond like an adult to the issues that are presented to her. Heed my warning DO NOT RENT FROM HER.

Our previous resident has chosen this platform to unjustly defame our long standing reputable business in this community. Yes we did deduct from their security deposit for cleaning and landscaping which were valid within the lease. We documented and provided them copies of paid bills along with detailed references to lease documents referring to our validity of the charges. We deducted a total of $185.62 for cleaning of the unit and $100 for mowing and removing the debris in the yard. We promptly returned the balance of thei... read more
