The most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with. I am a combat Veteran trying to find a new home in the high desert. My calls were always being forwarded and I could never get a reply. I got a VERY Lazy vibe when it comes to even trying to process an application. (Weeks!) I hope this review helps the next person before choosing this company and get screwed over. Don’t do it. (p.s They do not work with Veterans)

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for professionalism. Alisha never processed our paperwork but kept our application fee. Never updated us on the property. I had to call multiple times just for her to tell us that the property was filled in when we were initially applying for it. She also tried to charge us a triple deposit. The rent was $1950 and she wanted us to pay $5,850 to move in, because we didn’t have money order receipts from the previous places we rented at. We had proof that we lived in thos... read more
