If i could give 0 stars i would. I came in because i was told by Christina that they could not manage meds for me that i bought from one of my friends who bought it from this clinic. She said i would need to pay $250 for a visit with no insurance and that would not cover any medications. She said i would have to get seen and get a new script since they could not manage my meds without the script being from them. Talk about a money grab. Staff was very nice until I asked if they were over charging me. They looked into it and determined that YES, I had been overcharged nearly 2k. After that they didn't return my emails or calls. Everyone from accounting, admin, to even doctors ghosted me and I wasn't even finished with my therapy. Feels like I was taken advantage of while I was in pain.
I highly recommend optimum healthcare! It has been a blessing to our family.
The staff here really pays attention to your needs. For many years I’ve been fighting shoulder/neck pain. After visiting Optimum and following their advice, I have noticed a nice reduction in pain as well as more pain free movement in my shoulder. I recommend giving them a try. Healing won’t happen overnight, so if you do go, follow their recommendations and you will notice improvement. Their physical therapists (Tori and Nikki) are attentive, and Dr Danny is wonderful. Go see ‘em!
