Had an appointment for a phlebotomist draw blood for several vials. My appointment was set for 10 but a 15 minute appointment took about 40 minutes to complete little disappointed new staff in the front so you need to be patient until they hopefully get them trained properly nobody likes to sit and wait when they have an appointment and see other people go back and do what they were there before them. I've been seeing Dr Tracy for over a year for functional medicine. Yes I have been feeling better and she is a kind person. But this business as a whole is very disorganized and pressure you for expensive procedures. So it's more about the dollar than your health with them. My stepdaughter even sees them and they attempted to pressure her into unnecessary injections that we couldn't afford. Dr. Tracey is an excellent chiropractor and an even better functional medicine professional. I have had lower back problems, pretty much my entire life, and I’ve gone to chiropractors for decades, but she was the first one who ever realized the source of my problems was one of my SI joints was fused from birth. It was nice to have an answer to why I always had back problems. I have also been amazed by her functional medicine abilities and have had her resolve some issues where other doctors couldn’t. Highly recommend !
