This company Optimum Personal Care sent an assistance to my mother's home who is a stoke victim. The assistance walked off of the job leaving my mom to care for herself to catch her ride. My mother had no way to contact her children to say she was home along. Anything could have happened. This was totally unacceptable all the way around. Also, they never kept hired staff.
