I brought my Tuareg to them (I bought it used) for a problem with parasitic draw on the battery. There is a known issue with the TFT screen, which was confirmed by Optimum on my bike. Even though it was out of warranty, and I did not buy my bike from them, Hunter took care of my bike. I really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism. I will always use them for my service and parts. Bought a seat when I picked up my bike in fact. Great guy and a great business. I highly recommend.
Hunter did a wonderful job of ordering a part for my V85TT. There was some delay as it was coming from Italy, but whenever I called on the status he remembered me and the part I was waiting for and was able to give a status update. Great service!

I recently traded my Tiger 900 for a new 2023 Moto Guzzi V85 TT, and the experience I had with Optimum Performance in Portland was outstanding. I worked with Hunter, and he made the entire process quick, painless and pressure-free.
