I bought a new Tuareg from OPM in spring of 2024 and recently worked with the team at the Portland location to submit a claim and complete work on the extended warranty that I had purchased with the bike. Dom Fasano went above and beyond in working with me and the extended warranty provider to ensure the claim was accepted and the repair was completed in time to get my Tuareg back on the road for a planned trip. Fantastic customer service and would 100% recommend Dom and the team at OPM!
Very under-staffed. Only 1 person on the floor. I came in, just to buy a few things for bike maintenance. I was asked to wait and I waited more than 15 mins. I decided to bail and just buy it from Amazon. Thought I’d buy from a local, small shop but was disappointed.
Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. Unlike other dealers this one doesn’t twist your arm and leg while you try to buy a motorcycle for a fair price. I’m very thankful we have an Aprilia dealer locally, and one that actually cares about their customers no less. Dominic is super friendly and is always willing to give me advice for my dumb questions! I’ll be a lifelong customer as long as I’m buying Piaggio Group bikes!
Dominic at optimum was absolutely great in helping me with the purchase of a 2026 Aprilia RS660. He vas very knowledgeable and personable from the start and answered every question I had to make a final decision between the RS457 and RS660. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with the bike I did. I love the high level of customer service Dom provided even when the shop was busy with customers. I am very glad I found this gem of a shop in Portland.
