Got a referral for my 80-year-old dad back in January, it's April, still haven’t seen the doctor. First appointment? Canceled the day before because the doctor “wasn’t in.” Rescheduled… a month later. Then they confirmed the new appointment, but gave us the wrong time. Gave us another appointment a month out. Fast forward to April: we finally show up, drag my dad all over the hospital to find the office, only to be told the doctor had already gone home. The entire staff is polite and very professional. Dr Pallares has been my doctor for 4 yrs and he’s awesome on keeping up with my medication refills as well as the procedures and knows exactly what I have and feel. He’s the best at controlling my chronic pain. The best thing I love is that unlike other doctors, he uses my power port to do my procedures

I had a surgical procedure done a few years ago by Dr Mona Ehasz to try to relief the pain & discomfort I was experiencing. I came out of anesthesia much worse than I was, screaming in pain, couldn't put weight on my right leg & was sent home .... 3 days later my husband had to call an ambulance to take me back to the hospital. It ended up Dr Bradley Stephens had to do another surgery on my spine/back to relieve the excruciating pain I was in. I don't recommend her or this Clinic!!
