I waited over 2 months for an appointment for severe TMJ problems. The bedside manner, discussion, and treatment plan was sub-par. They did not communicate with my dentist for future care despite my being told to see them. Dr. Trager and her assistants were patient, knowledgeable and courteous.
This is an office of referral. No one ends up here unless they have something major happening that is not fun. The office staff and Drs are super kind, they explain everything so you can be as comfortable as possible, they use state of the art equipment and make the whole process easy.
Very professional, efficient. They made what is, by it's nature, a stressful experience, into an almost pleasant time!
