Everyone was friendly and provided adequate information pre and post visit. Clean office and calm atmosphere. Free street parking! My procedure was quick and I had no discomfort.
I went here to have an upper wisdom tooth extracted that was causing me pain. I was provided a clear quote for the procedure prior to having the work done. The assistant, Danielle, was VERY comforting, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Doctor John Masi performed my extraction. He had the wisdom tooth out so quickly that I hadn’t realized he had even begun the procedure. Dr. Masi is a true professional in every aspect of the word. Everyone there was excellent, highly recommend
I waited over 2 months for an appointment for severe TMJ problems. The bedside manner, discussion, and treatment plan was sub-par. They did not communicate with my dentist for future care despite my being told to see them. Finally, not only was the care I received less than my dentist (in terms of what to do, as I've been following their care plan for over 3 months) but they displayed stereotypical and harmful behavior towards someone with mental illness including questioning my sobriety while also needing me to simultaneous... read more
