We just finished the process of refinancing a mortgage with Optimum Mortgage. We’d been debating doing this for some time. Great experience. Walked me through all the steps. Always had someone available to answer my questions. We’re extremely helpful , but not pushy at all. Rates were much lower than the competition, including marketplaces.
