On hold for 35 minutes, no answer. As per voice loop, I was next in line for about 20 minutes. This is not the first time this happens.
I don't know what happened to this place. They are rude and disorganized now
Horrible customer service, I had an appointment at 8:00am. I was given a form from my doctors office with the office address. Even a QR code to scan. I I showed up to my appointment on time and confused as to how I was supposed to get into the building. I call the number and they take over 10 minutes to even answer the phone. Someone finally answers and informs me that I am at the wrong location. Mind you, I previously called on Monday and they took 30 minutes to answer the phone call. Arrived as walk-in appointment. Check-in was quick and wait time was excellent . Now tech was friendly and smiled; receptive. Other people visiting with past experiences may communicate differently, but our visit was awesome . Lobby was clean and had a small waiting room with Screen for child program. Restroom .
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Optimum Imaging Center. They have the perfect blend of top-notch equipment and a caring, skilled staff. The efficiency of the clinic, from booking my appointment to receiving the results, was impressive. If you are in need of MRI or X-ray services, I highly recommend them for a stress-free and reliable experience. I will not hesitate to return here if I require any imaging services in the future.
