I'm tired of wasting my time speaking with people that don't speak English.... I guess I'm just racist but I expect people that can actually speak the language of this country in English IS the language. Get a grip and start treating people like human beings not just animals to be shoved around and spoken to in weird languages that can't even be understood so you spend three times the amount of time on the phone asking the same question and getting some answer that makes no sense.
This place is well overpriced. If you have Optimum Insurance, don't bother. With 1500 dollar s toward a device. After being applied, my cost would be 3,700 dollars. I can get just as good at a big box store.
