Great experience from checking in to check out. Staff is friendly and helpful always explaining what’s happening and my extra questions. Dr. Is thorough and I didn’t feel rushed and she explained the process. Thank you as someone who hasn’t been to an eye dr in years I know have place to go.
Dr Alapati is very thorough and so patient with my elderly grandma who sees her. She answers all of our questions with no hesitation. All of the staff is exceptional!
Dr. Neeti Alapati was called on the weekend to evaluate my mom for possible retina tear. She was able to get her in quickly and explained everything in great detail. She was very knowledgeable and helpful during my mom’s vision changes.
