Dr. NEETI ALAPATI and her staff are AMAZING. Dr. ALAPATI is knowledgeable and caring. I was sent to the Dr. directly from the emergency room to find out why I had a sudden change in my vision. While I was experiencing anxiety and fear she calmed me while at the same time doing tests to determine what was causing my vision to change. I am very grateful that she was in her office on a Sunday and was able to see me at the very last minute. Her staff is amazing also and I give them all a 100+ on a scale of 1-5!!!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Alapati, who performed my cataract surgery. She communicated clearly with me and was patient with my questions. This is a smaller practice, which I really liked. I felt like a patient rather than a number, receiving personal attention from the front desk to the technicians to Dr. Alapati. I highly recommend Optimim Eye Surgery and Dr. Alapati!
Everyone at this office is knowledgeable and pleasant. Had an emergency and they took great care of my eye!
