I cannot reccomend Optimum enough. Someone hit my brand new car while we were on a road trip. The vehicle had less than 3,500 miles on it. I was so upset. Preston was SO supportive. He kept me updated and they performed all repairs to GM standards. I was so nervous that the vehicle wouldn't be the same, but I was wrong. They did an outstanding job. I wouldn't recommend this place. 0 stars from me if possible. This collision center was fast to jump on my vehicle due to a insurance claim. They got paid but never completed there job. I called the insurance company and they said to reach out to them since they had already got paid for all the damages. Plastic molding from my right fender kept snapping off , never installed my tire sensors that kept throwing signals on my dash everyday that became annoying. I had to have my car fixed after a Hailstorm and was recommended this company by my dealership. They were very kind and knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again.
The absolute best. No cutting corners , nicest guys ever, make you feel like family. 1 million percent recommend.
