We had a great experience with Dinos. Called him on Sunday because our gas fireplace would not turn off. He guided me over the phone to turn the gas off, and came to repair it as soon as he could. Not only did he repair it, he also cleaned it and it looks brand new! Very knowledgeable and friendly, we couldn't be happier. Thank you Dinos!
Dino patiently walked us thru trouble shooting our furnace at midnight so we wouldn’t freeze overnight. He showed up on Monday and fixed our furnace the right way after our previous repairman (here the prior week) ripped us off.
Dinos was extremely professional and was able to replace my pool hot water heater with the exact same model so that we would have to do as little retrofitting as possible. He was quickly able to demonstrate exactly what was going wrong with our previous hot water heater so that we could understand the problems before we made our decisions. Called Dino in the middle of the day, and he arrived within the hour. He was understanding and kind enough to drop by for an issue we were having with our HVAC. He has a very high level of knowledge and integrity (as other reviews have also mentioned). He is kind, patient, and wants to do things the right way. I will be forwarding his contact to all my friends in the area. Bonus was he showed a lot of love to our dog while he was at our home. Thank you Dino!
