Just saw the driver in van 39 on the phone while transporting a customer. He was looking at his phone and laughing so it was personal not work related. 1020a on Feb 20th, 2021 in Union county. I pray that passengers gets to/fro safely.

One of the best experiences I had using a transport company.Beautiful vans.Drivers were very helpful.One thing stood out to me is that they actually cared..Will definitely use Optimum again..Would a 100% recommend.

I must admit that the first trips I had with this transport company were good, but lately I have had several bad experiences, late to pick up and return home they leave you waiting for 1 or 2 hours, they do not care that the people take they are children with special needs, they lie about the location and expected time of arrival, they must improve the service if not to dedicate themselves better to something else, they need to be more empathetic with other people..

This place gets a ZERO star!! If you are looking for unprofessional, late, getto, rude and bad overall service this is the place to go. The van was dirty and does not have a lift for wheelchair. The appearance of the driver and assistant was unprofessional. They looked drunk. My dad was late to his appointment that he was unable to get therapy.pick up at home was late and pick up from the place was late. 30 minute ride is an hour ride. The worst transport ever.
