The counselors and prescribers here are fantastic! I have been with Dr Laurent for three years and everyone in my life will attest that I am in a much better place now than I was when I started. Between her compassionate and attentive care and the flexibility of scheduling even working 60 hours a week I am able to maintain my mental health care. They never refill prescription in time. Lie to you every time you talk to them. Horrible service To the person who responded to me: your company is shady at best every way you look at it. Also on top of the medication I was never billed for anything and just got hit with a $2000 out of nowhere. So your billing department also isn’t very good either. I advise anyone to stay away from these people there are a lot better ones out there.
I recommended optimum services to a friend.He did visited.The report I got from him was awesome 👍.Good I wasn't disappointed.

STAY AWAY!! Unethical company, sent me to collections when I had a payment plan setup, and they specifically said that would not happen. Go anywhere else, not worth the risk of dishonesty.
