My son was a client at Optimum Balance Counseling and I can't thank them enough. The level of customer service from the minute I first called in search of help was top notch. Sarah at the front desk is always friendly and set me at ease when discussing the difficult needs I had for my son. The owner sets clear expectations on payment policies which is greatly appreciated. Dr. Koper is a wonderful person as well as an excellent counselor, he helps you to understand that no matter what troubles you have or have had in the past we all make mistakes, we learn from them and we need to move on and to stop dwelling on those things, he truly has a way of making you think better of yourself. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Larry has been a great help to me. I find myself using the tools I learn from our sessions everyday. He is a patient and wise man. Highly recommended!
