After being overcharged by the company our warranty provider sent us to and having to wait two weeks for a part that was still covered, we decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad we did! Michael was fantastic. He had our AC working the very first day, and had the coils replaced within two days, for just a fraction of what we would have paid through the warranty company. This company was called through my property management Co for my rental property. Tenant complaint due to allergies so this company was called to inspect. Technician said coils and blower fan were dirty and needed cleaning. Brand new units so when my property guy told me he needed to sent this company to clean unit ($700 estimate) I said no and called my regular HVAC guys to inspect on memorial weekend 2023.
