This company was called through my property management Co for my rental property. Tenant complaint due to allergies so this company was called to inspect. Technician said coils and blower fan were dirty and needed cleaning. Brand new units so when my property guy told me he needed to sent this company to clean unit ($700 estimate) I said no and called my regular HVAC guys to inspect on memorial weekend 2023.
