Met with Carter today to go over blood work and treatments for a torn hip labrum. Great visit and he provided several exercises to rehab my hip.
Bait and switch scam. Got me as a lead via advertisement. Came in for a visit that was sold as a service but it was only a sales pitch. They requires insurance as part of the intake paperwork. They scammed my insurance by billing them for my “sales pitch” visit and tried charging me for the rest that insurance didn’t pay. Completely unethical!
Awesome experience, start to finish. From the communication, making the appointment, to the customer service at the front desk and first consultation with the doctor. Best overall experience I’ve had. Excited to get started optimizing my health.
Pristine office, great upbeat staff. Amazing blood draw and IV infusion. Highly recommend this clinic and providers for customized healthcare. Never rushed, always smiling and what healthcare should have always been, I find thriving in this small clinic.
