Richard is extremely knowledgeable and informative. I feel very comfortable at Optimize U and I highly recommend them.
Update I recently gave this business a low rating. Today I’m giving it 5 stars. They reached out to me several times to come back and visit. Marissa was awesome she’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Me and my son loved this place! We are definitely going back! My son can’t stop talking about how good he felt. Thank You guys for excellent service.
This would have been my first time going to this establishment. Made an appointment for Saturday at 12:00, received a voice message asking me to come in at 1:00. Me and my son showed up at 12:50. We signed in with the QR barcode. No one ever showed up to check us in. We ended up leaving at 1:30.
The employees truly care about your health/well-being. It’s family oriented place where you feel at home. The recovery stuff like the cold plunge and cryotherapy is tough but you can do tough things! I recommend this place 10/10. It a short period of time my sleep has improved and my energy levels are coming back to me.
Every time I walk through the doors at Optimize U, I am welcomed with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. They have truly helped me in my health journey, mental and physical recovery, and realizing the importance of quality longevity. I believe that they can also help you with whatever your needs may be, and if you’re unsure, well they do an incredible job figuring it out with you!
