I have been a member at optimize u for 2 years now, and have been SO happy with the level of care and intention every time I go, I’ve been on hormone therapy for the last two years and was so excited and validated and learning that they’re truly was an imbalance of my hormones, and they were happy to check them because of how I was feeling not because my weight and/or age and/or other certain demographic are set by insurance as I have heard so many different times before. I found Optimize U through a referral from a friend and I am so glad that I joined. Marissa and DeJuan are friendly and welcoming and they take a genuine interest in your day to day health. The recovery services are outstanding; I use the cryotherapy, cold plunge, red light, sauna, and compression. Not once I have I failed to leave feeling better than when I arrived. Grateful for the as advertised business model. The recovery services actually leave you feeling recovered and energized. The compression helps to alleviate soreness. The cryotherapy and red light therapy aid in recovery speed and overall energy.
Richard is extremely knowledgeable and informative. I feel very comfortable at Optimize U and I highly recommend them.
