Optimize U was a vendor at our work health fair which is how I was first exposed to them. Immediately scheduled an appointment, had bloodwork done and have had my first follow-up consult. Ordered some of the women’s health products and am so excited to get started! Finally…someone who wanted to talk about helping me with menopause and the struggles women go through! I’ll follow back up in a few months to give an update- am very hopeful! Staff was amazing- friendly, professional and very knowledgable!

Great place! my Dr has been very thorough. Managing my hormones levels to help me have the best quality of life physically. They have great products as well that other health nutrition places don't offer. And a plus with the red light therapy and Suana. I believe this location has the cold plunge too I'm eager to try out. Definitely the best hormone care I have received in west Tn. Highly recommend!
