Let me tell you this is the place to go for red light, cryo, compression, etc. Everyone is amazing and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough! I do red light therapy Monday-Friday and I am taking GHK-CU. This combination has been wonderful. I am already seeing the differences with my skin. I take pics after each session and I can definitely see the scars are beginning to lighten up more, my melasma is looking better, my skin feels softer and I can see a difference in texture with my hands as well. The best place ever! If you want to get healthy and feel pampered go to OptimizeU in Hopkinsville! I personally use Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna and compression and am on the road to recovery from a shoulder injury. All the staff can answer any questions you might have regarding their services. I would give them 10 stars if I had that option.
The staff is wonderful, always friendly. Optimize U has helped my overall well being and feeling good about myself. They have improved my energy level tremendously!

I decided to go in for weight loss help. From the initial phone call which provided so much information to walking in the front door....amazing and very professional and friendly.
