I’ve been going to the Hixson location for close to 2 years now. The staff is always so nice and helpful with anything I ever need. However, within the last couple of months they have not answered the phones at either location every time I call to schedule an appointment for labs. Also they offer free sauna and cold plunge sessions, never answer the phones when you call to book them. Whats the point in offering free services with my outrageous monthly rate I already pay for, to not even be able to use them or schedule an app... read more
The staff at all locations are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients personally and always leave you feeling like they care. They do a wonderful job of explaining what is happening in your body and work with you to make a care plan that works for you! I could not recommend them more highly.
Staff is always very helpful and answer whatever questions I have. They call me often just to check and see how I am doing. I highly recommend Optimize U.
The people there are amazing!!!!! All if them! However 209 bucks a month? The hormones script last 3 months. So why was I paying 209 bucks every month? Sorry. It's ridiculous and I don't know how they stay on business
