I had an amazing experience at Optimize U. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and truly made me feel heard from the moment I walked in. The P.A. took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I felt comfortable, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. Edited: I got a call from Kim today to ask some questions and I’m so glad she did. Apparently they do offer the patch now and I found out that the progesterone I’ve been getting isn’t the optimum, so I have raised my review to 4 stars because someone should have gone over all this with me at my previous refill. The communication and patient tracking definitely needs improvement. This place is just ok. They seem to cater to male steroid injections, so beware, you will not get the menopausal support you need here. My reg doc i... read more
