Had a wonderful visit at Optimize U Asheville today. Kelly was wonderful and is so knowledgeable about the weight loss program and she is a delight to be with. Jason was patient and so good and helped me understand new information.
This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—Jason, Kelly, and Megan were all a huge help throughout my visit. The clinic offers top-notch services, including body scans, red light therapy, an ice bath, and a sauna, making it a perfect spot for recovery and wellness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to optimize their health!
Wow!! Stopped in for a body comp test. Got a complete tour of the place and a great explanation of the benefits of Compression, Infrared sauna, Cryo., Red light and Cold plunge. As an avid hiker I will be back. I knew about these recovery techniques, but to have them all in one place is great.
