5 stars Dealing with Optimize EGS has been a very pleasant experience. A very professional group that did what they said they would when they said they would do it. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. From meeting Phil for my initial estimate to Ricky and the install team and finally with Craig for the testing and turnover I could not be happier with the experience. Thanks to the entire team!
After doing research we chose Optimize EGS to install our whole house Generac generator. Craig and his team were easy to work with and professional with the installation process. Great working with a company who also takes care of the permits, inspection and gas meter replacement. We would certainly recommend Optimize EGS.
Just want to say thanks to you guys for getting me help with a problem we had at 4:30 on a Friday. We thought it was an air condition problem but found out it wasn’t. I put a call to emergency number and within 10 mins tech named Allen called and was her within the hour. He stayed till the problem was fixed . Again we love Optimize . The Parkers in Amite
