Optimize came highly recommended and, after just my first visit, I can see why. Dan took the time to explain the physiology to me, and then proceeded to treatment and exercises. I really feel like I’m in good hands. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff!

I have been seeing Nick for a couple of months and my experience overall has been great, they are very accommodating, super clean place, professional and the exercises I do at the clinic and walk away with have been great at managing my mobility issues. Nick is awesome, he follows through with emails, very knowledgeable but most importantly has helped a lot with my issues.
Amazing place for physio and sports medicine. Jon is an amazing therapist!
