I just completed my 1st visit at Optimize Physio. Very welcoming environment. I saw physiotherapist Dan to discuss an assessment/treatment plan to help address my recovery from a hip fracture. He was very thorough throughout the assessment reviewing my previous in home physio program to offer some new challenges. He showed me in detail how best to perform the new exercises.
