Twice now they've been able to fit me in same day and get my furnace back in working order. Friendly, professional, quality service.
Called Optimize for an estimate on replacing the plumbing on my quad-plex. After several weeks I finally got a call back to schedule them to come out to take a look at the job. I was happy that they were willing to come out after 5pm; however, I never received the estimate. Called and text several times to make sure there wasn't a mistake in obtaining my email address but they refused to answer my calls and texts. Very poor customer service. Had them install our new central air, Clay and his crew did a great job were here when he said they would be, super friendly cleaned up their mess, answered all my questions, called me back as well. Very reasonable would definitely use for my heating and cooling needs quality service. Thank You Clay and Crew.

Had them install a new natural gas furnace, got here on time and went right to work, had it done in no time and it works great. Would recommend.
