Dave, Jon, Devin and ALL of the team are so good at what they do. They customize every client’s exercises to their needs, and somehow keep track of everyone’s progress… in and out of the studio! Compression boots being available whenever they’re open is also a huge plus. Make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been to quite a lot of places, I can say Optimize is right at the top for me. Dr Dave and his staff are a lovely group of folks. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and are able to quickly pinpoint and explain why I feel pain or tightness in areas. Tiffany at the front desk is lovely. I've worked primarily with dr Dave and Jonathan and they have been both vital in my recovery. I can't thank them all enough and highly recommend stopping by

I have been going to Optimize since October 2024 shortly after they opened and I cannot recommend them enough. I have struggled with low back pain flare ups for years, and consistently going to optimize is the only thing that has helped me. Dave, Cass, Devin, John and the entire team all truly care about making sure they listen to you and treat you holistically every visit. Whether you have pain or just need preventative care and recovery; they are really the best!!! I don’t know what I would do without them!
