The Optimize Team is the best of the best
Really happy I made the change to Optimize. Dr. David and his team are amazing. They are a great resource and so much more than just an adjustment. Super friendly and great for someone like me that isn’t an athlete or for the marathon runner. Well worth the membership!!
I’ve been seeing Dave since Sep 2024. He doesn’t need a google review as the place is always super busy and new people are always getting signed up, but I’ll leave one anyway. I got a ton of body issues that I can’t even keep up with - tight traps, knee pain, numb fingers, etc. Sometimes I will forget some of my issues, and he will remember the 5 things I have going on making sure I’m taken care of every visit. Always informative and keeps me healthy doing what I love
Being a member of Optimize has not only improved my mobility and my performance in the gym but also my day-to-day functionality. I came in with shooting back pain from over using my hip to squatting and lunging pain free. I also got daily headaches that have drastically improved using the infrared laser cuppings as the tension in my neck has decreased. Overall, it is just an inviting environment and great experience, Dr. Dave and Dr. Cass take the time to get to know you and what you need to help you feeling better.
