STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC. THEY DON'T CARE. BREACHED CONSUMER LAW... and don't care! I booked an appointment, with a 6 month wait. the appointment was for $750. One week before my appointment, December 13th 23' I got a call saying I'd never returned my documents... They were never sent. It took 3 times sending my referral online and following it up each time to find it was not logged in the system. The phone is not answered somedays and was on hold half an hour just to talk to reception staff. I'm glad I didn't decide to go through with accessing this service and found success with another avenue. This clinic is unprofessional in their organisation and was extremely discouraged by the failure of their online processes to actually even process. Absolutely disgusting Doctor. My client recently went for an assessment as he has been trying to get a psychiatrist appointment for support under the NDIS and get extra help for his anxiety disorder and Dr Don spoke to him for maybe 40 mins...with reception going in and out and could barely hear him...after this the Dr decided to send a letter to my clients doctor saying to cease his anti anxiety medications which he has been on for 6 years. Honestly worst experience with a psychiatrist I’ve ever had. The lack of concern Jeremy has for his patients is concerning in itself. Would recommend treatments that would benefit his practice as he rents the rooms out to them. If you’re ever in a crisis don’t even bother trying to reach out to him as you won’t get a response.
