Very poor customer service, it seems you have to choose at least one star otherwise I wouldn’t. I was sent a message that said “you need to change your appointment”, but I didn’t need to change my appointment at all they did. I was asked to call Reception to confirm the change, I rang the number and was on hold for 17 minutes before I spoke to someone. Office staff are absolutely horrible and useless. They only care about money. I’ve been trying to get my rebate money for my daughter‘s last three sessions and every time I call they say they will do it but it never happens I wisely suggest finding another place to go as they do not care about people‘s mental health.
