Optimi has some of the most compassionate caregivers. Muriel, in particular, has been an absolute angel. And truly every single caregiver who I have met from their company has been fantastic. I highly recommend this company.
We were referred to Optimi after our previous agency could not fulfill our needs. Ann, the owner, has worked hard to find caregivers to care for our elderly mother at home. Susan has been wonderful performing light housekeeping, preparing meals and driving to Dr. appointments. Anita usually takes the night shift and has also been outstanding. She helps with exercises, cooks and bakes and prepares her for bed. Ann has also filled in herself when needed. All have been terrific. We highly recommend Optimi Home Care!
