I came in for my annual eye check, a tweak to my prescription, and some new frames. The staff was very friendly, the doctor was warm, clear and I felt like I'd received great care. On top of that, Rudy looked at me face and his first choice was a knockout. He walked me through my vintage and options and fitted me for my frames. I genuinely enjoyed my visit.
As a long time customer at LIC Vision, it’s the customer service and expertise of the staff and doctors that keep me coming back. If want help selecting frames, ask for Rudy! He is fantastic. The environment is extremely clean and chic with a wonderful selection of frames.
Dr. Tisdale was really patient with me and took the time to get my prescription right for what I actually need. I had gone to one of those big retail glasses/contacts places before and honestly felt like they were more focused on the sale than on my vision. This was a totally different experience…more personal, no rush, and he actually listened. Really appreciate it.
