I've been going to optimed for about 10 years and there's a good reason why, the staff there are very courteous and their service is outstanding, if you call in your prescription, you will be in and out in less than 5 minutes or if you bring your prescription in, you will be in and out in 10 minutes! Try comparing that to some of the giant pharmacies, you will be lucky to get service within 30 minutes. before optimed i have never had a pharmacy actually remember my name, let alone care about me and my wellbeing, but the staff really make me feel valued. they're always fast and efficient, transparent and on a level, and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. good talks, too :)

Will come back to update if I feel it needs it but I have currently been on hold for 45 MINUTES to get a refill on my son's medication and have yet to talk to someone because the automated system isn't recognizing the script number.... Not happy at all. And going physically up there isnt possible right now...

Everything about Optimed on Oakland is top notch! They're amazing it's that simple!!!
